An 8 wk Dare to Dream Success Group.  Investigating our dreams,
rekindling our hopes & wishes, tried & tested tools to make our
dreams more real. We will be looking at our dreams, our hopes,
desires and what we want to change in our lives. This group
based on the work of Barbara Sher alongside Detta's Creative
Coaching tools.  You will experience boosted self esteem,
build more confidence, be inspired to re-ignite your forgotten
dreams and be motivated to make small changes to find out what
you love, what you are good at, what you need andl to begin
living a life you love  as you make your deepest dreams more real.

The Artist's Way Group
The Artist's Way ~ 12wk Self Discovery Group  ~ 
A 12 wk Group of gentle rediscovery and recovery of our creative
selves.  Based on the work of Julia Cameron & The Artist's way in
conjunction withDetta'ss creative toolbox - we will be transforming
our buried dreams, reigniting our creativity, accessing our intuitionn,
making time for ourselves with an artist date,journalling with the
morning pages andd breaking down our creative blocks.  We will learn
to nurture and nourish the childlike parts of ourselves, that have
frequently been forgotten in the busy-ness of our lives.
Creative self discovery on this gentle journey.  Fun. Inspiration.

Splendidly Imperfect Creatives Group ~ 12wk Creatives Group ~
A 12 wk Group for would be writers, poets, journal decorators, creative
arts, or anyone who has been longing to investigate their creativity
in a safe non judgemental supportive group environment.
We will be exploring painting, journaling, writing, poetry, altered art,
paper doll making, talisman stuff, creativity walks, and coming up
with ideas for exploring our creativity further. We will work
through self sabotage and creative blocks and will support
each other as we explore our creative dreams.
