You might not be sure how you want your life to be or you might just
need a bit of direction. I am not going to bombard you, persuade you
or try to impress upon you as why you might need a bit of coaching.
It is quite simple - coaching works because you are accountable every
week to yourself and to me. We do work together and I can help you
find a clear direction in which to move on. It's entirely up to you if you
feel you could benefit from some creativity coaching. What I will say
is this; sometimes I am a coach, sometimes I put on my counsellors
hat, sometimes I wear a teachers robe and sometimes I am just a
gentle but strong shoulder to lean on while you work things out.
Often especially with career or business coaching I am an ideas person, a
marketing magnet but most importantly I am an avid listener. I listen in order
to come up with the best questions that you need to hear...so you can find the
right answers that are ready and waiting to show up. Having a life/business
coach helps you cut through all of life's baggage/problems/stuff to help you
get on the clear path much quicker.

My costs are straightforward £35 per hour

I would recommend a starting block of 4 sessions but this can be discussed.
I am happy to meet face to face or coach via the telephone. All my coaching
sessions include unlimited email support, personalized session notes, feedback
& observation discussion and every session ends with a relaxing guided imagery
personal to each individual session.
